SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR SHORTEN YOUR RESERVATION, THE FOLLOWING POLICIES WILL APPLY:
Holiday Cancellations:
If you select to cancel your holiday reservations with us, we must receive no less than a 72-hour notice of cancellation. If proper notice is given us, your deposit will be credited to your account. If though less than 72-hours, or no notice is given us, you will be charged for the amount of your full reserved stay. No exceptions allowed.
Regular Cancellations:
No less than a 48-hour notice of cancellation will be accepted for regular boarding. For those who do cancel and provide us with a 48-hour or more notice, we appreciate your consideration and no penalties will apply. No exceptions allowed. Note: Cancellations made with less than a 48-hour notice, a fee for one day's stay will be charged to your credit card. No exceptions allowed.

Changing your Reservation:
If you would like to check out earlier than your scheduled reservation with us, we must receive no less than a 48-hour notice of this change for regular boarding, and no less than a 72-hour notice for holiday boarding. If the required notice is not given, you will be charged for the remainder of the time reserved. No exceptions allowed.
After Hours Pick-up:
A $20.00 fee will be added to your bill should you pick your pet up after hours. This fee is payable either upon drop off or/and pick up. No exceptions allowed.
These policies apply to any future visits of the undersigned, whether or not an agreement is signed at each reservation.
Returned Check Policy:
If your check bounces, you will be charged $25.00.
