Dear Prospective Client:

Please be sure you bring your pet's updated vaccination records with or have your Vet fax them to Countryside Kennel before you arrive. Again, you must bring or fax updated vaccination records to us. Our fax number is: (507) 645-6328.




After you submit your reservation request, we will follow up with you to confirm the reservation request. We will either call you or email you. If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours, please call us at (507) 645-4669.

Note: If we have not confirmed your reservation request with you, your pet is not yet booked.


If your pet is on any special medications, treatments, has allergies, or other health issues (e.g. hip dysphasia, hotspots), please be sure to provide us that information on our Client Information page. Thank you.

Our normal kennel hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Early drop or late pick-up is subject to a $20.00 fee
