Dear Existing Client:

If we do not already have the most recent, updated vaccination records on your pet, please bring them with you or have your Vet fax them to us before you arrive. Our fax number is: (507) 645-6328.

After you submit your reservation request, we will follow up with you to confirm the reservation request. We will either call you or email you. If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours, please call us at (507) 645-4669.

Note: If we have not confirmed your reservation request with you, your pet is not yet booked.

Drop off and Pick up time reminders:
Our normal kennel hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Early drop or late pick-up is subject to a $20.00 fee.
